Chemical Engineer graduated from UFRRJ, MSc in Polymers from PEMM/COPPE of UFRJ and PhD candidate in Chemical Engineering from PEQ/COPPE of UFRJ. Has worked in the area of ​​Research & Development and quality control of chemical additives for concrete for 15 years. She is Technical Director and Partner-Owner of ADITIBRAS, where she coordinates research projects for new products, provides technical assistance and commercial support to the sales team and gives training. Moreover, she participates in regulatory and technical study committees of associations in the additives and civil construction sectors.
