Several low carbon technologies are presented. Firstly, the
integrated solutions and effects on the energy savings of cement clinker
manufacturing are introduced. The solutions are mainly comprised of the
technology of enhancing heat exchange with flue gas, optimizing combustion,
applying clinker cooler with an intermediate roll crusher, introducing lining
nanomaterial, which has very low thermal conductivity coefficient, process
fans with high efficiency, etc.

Secondly, the industrial proposals of alternative fuels with high ratio of TSR
are presented. The core equipment of AFs handling such as pre-combustion
furnace and belt dryer which ensure to achieve high level of TSR is
introduced.

Thirdly, the solutions of LC 3 industrial production are offered in different
conditions and compared in terms of techno-economic benefits. Color control
processes are analyzed as well.
