A native of Bahia, he has lived in several states in Brazil and abroad. He has been living and working in the state of Minas Gerais since 2012. He is married and has an 8-year-old son.

He has a degree Chemical Engineering, a postgraduate degree in Environmental Management and Occupational Safety, and a Master’s degree in Engineering.

His career was built in the management and leadership of large industrial assets of companies in the cement segment, with work in the areas of Agricultural Limestone, Quality, Process, Co-Processing, Production, and General Management, involving technical, cost, project, and personnel aspects.
