With a solid and consistent career in the cement industry for over 30 years. He began his journey as a Mechanical Technician, holds a degree in Business Administration, and a specialization in Maintenance Engineering, along with several certifications and complementary training in the field. He has extensive experience in coordinating technical teams, managing and controlling budgets, asset management, preventive, selective, and predictive maintenance, major shutdowns, maintenance engineering, and reliability.

He leads innovation and technological transformation initiatives in the sector, in addition to managing specific projects, commissioning, and equipment and facility start-ups. He also has broad knowledge of other areas within the company and their interrelations.
