A Mining Engineer from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) with an MBA in Business Management from FGV. He has over 35 years of professional experience, mostly in the construction materials sector, having worked for several multinational companies in different positions and countries.

He participates in a number of global initiatives related to sustainability and innovation. He is a member of the Board of the Votorantim Institute.
