Holder of a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS) and a postgraduate degree in Industrial Administration from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), with 20 years of experience in the cement and waste treatment industry, participating extensively in projects to implement the waste co-processing business in Brazil and covering the stages of defining the business model, market relations, environmental licensing, development of RDF production plants, feed systems for clinker kilns, and adaptations in the clinker production process for waste co-processing.
