Civil Engineer graduated from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, with a specialization in Concrete Structures from the Lutheran University of Brazil. He currently serves as Regional Manager at the Brazilian Portland Cement Association (ABCP), where he works on market development for cement-based construction systems such as concrete and interlocking pavements, structural masonry, and concrete walls.

 

He also coordinates the PDE – Business Development Program at the national level, aimed at the precast and concrete artifacts industry, focusing on high-performance, durable, and sustainable solutions. Eduardo has delivered over 300 courses and lectures across Brazil, contributing to the training of professionals in the construction sector.

 

He has also represented ABCP in Rio Grande do Sul and worked at CONCREMAT S/A in the same state, where he managed technological control contracts for major projects, including the construction of the General Motors plant in Gravataí, RS.
