A Civil Engineer from PUC-PR, with a specialization in Marketing from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and an Executive MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). He completed his Business Training program at Insper and is a Member of the Curatorial Committee (Circular Economy Vertical) of the ESG Summit Brazil. He is an executive with 25 years of experience in planning, business management, innovation, and ESG, leading and implementing projects with goals based on innovation, circular economy, productivity growth, and revenue in large companies.

He is currently General Manager of Verdera, the sustainable waste management and disposal unit of Votorantim Cimentos.
