A civil Engineer with a degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná (PUC-PR), with a postgraduate degree in Works Management from the Federal University of Technology of Paraná (UTFPR), he has 36 years of experience in construction, particularly in the area of planning and management of works. It operates at the Project Management Technical Unit (UTAG) as manager of the works of the Climate Risk Management Program of Novo Caximba District, in Curitiba, Paraná (PR), the city’s largest socio-environmental project, funded by the French Development Agency (AFD).
The project involves the construction of 1,200 new homes, reurbanization of the Vila 29 de Outubro area, resettlement, and land regularization of 546 housing units, paving 7.5 kilometers of streets with the adoption of sustainable solutions for the recovery of the Barigui River Environmental Preservation Area and the construction of marketing works in a linear park, with leisure, sports, and social areas.
