Holder of a degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, with 20 years of experience in the sector. She works as Technical Manager at Verdera, Votorantim Cimentos’ sustainable waste management unit, where she leads innovative solutions for the valorization of industrial waste and the development of more sustainable production processes.

 

Before joining Votorantim, she served as Operations Manager at the Renova Group and was the founder of Greeng Solutions, a consulting firm focusing on corporate sustainability. She also worked in strategic technical positions at Ecoblending and Cimpor, always focusing on process optimization and the reuse of waste as industrial inputs.

 

Throughout her career, Ms. Velho has received awards from the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy of Goiás (CREA-GO) for outstanding projects in the areas of chemical engineering and environmental education, reinforcing her commitment to circular solutions and socio-environmental responsibility.
