A Chemical Engineer with a solid track record in the cement sector, being active in the field since 1981. He holds postgraduate degrees in Management (PUC-PR), Industrial Maintenance (UFPR), and Economics (FAE).

He joined Polimix in 2001, where he is currently part of the organization’s Board of Directors. Since 2017, he has also been a member of the Boards of the Brazilian Portland Cement Association (ABCP) and the Brazilian Cement Industry Union (SNIC).
