CEO of ABDIB (Brazilian Association of Infrastructure and Basic Industries) since January 2016. He is an economist with a Master’s degree in Economic Theory from the University of São Paulo (USP), having worked for 20 years at Banco Fator (1995-2015), the last four of which as president. He was director of the Brazilian National Treasury Secretariat (STN) (1986-1987) and director of the Infrastructure and Planning areas of the Brazilian Development Bank (BNDES) from 1990 to 1992.
