The Brazilian Symposium on Cement Science (SBCC 2027), organized by the ANTAC Cement Working Group (GT Cimentos) of the Brazilian Association for the Built Environment Technology (ANTAC), is the only event in Brazil exclusively dedicated to cement science. Its main objective is to foster the advancement of research and scientific knowledge in cement chemistry.

The event will take place alongside the 10th Brazilian Cement Congress (CBCi), organized by the Brazilian Portland Cement Association (ABCP), at the WTC Hall in São Paulo, Brazil.

Today, SBCC is recognized as one of Brazil’s leading events in the field of cement science, bringing together members of the academic community as well as representatives from public and private institutions and companies.

Papers submitted and accepted through a double-blind peer-review process will be published in the symposium proceedings. A special issue featuring a selection of the best papers will also be published in the journal Ambiente Construído.
